What mix is a black baldy cow?

On July 15 I am going to show a black baldy steer.Just wondering what the mix is it?It it a hereford dad and a angus mom or a angus dad and hereford mom?Or does it not matter what it is?Im wondering because im pretty sure they will ask me in showmanship.I know im putting this in "horses",but they don't have a cow catorgie and the "other pets" one just has like hampsters and rabbits and rats and Im pretty sure horse people might know a little bit more about cows!Thanks!
