What is this animated movie title? It's driving me craaazy.?

I remember watching an animated movie when I was younger (I'm 15 now) so I probably watched it when I was like 5. Anyways, I'm not sure if it's a Disney movie or just another movie. It's about a girl who runs away from either her dad or else this mean lady (not really sure again) and she goes to Quebec and then her face gets put on a milk carton because she's missing. Then her dad's cabin burns down. My boyfriend thinks im insane because I won't give up on looking for this.. But I just got to know now. Please try to help. I've looked at plenty of Disney movie lists on the internet. It doesn't help at all. Thanks(:
