Can i bring dried or long life milk to paris?

going to paris desperately need a cup of tea when i get there does anyone know if i bring a carton of long life milk of dried milk with me? flying with easyjet and i believe you are not allowed perishable items in booked on luggage does that include teabags the more i look for answers the more confusing it is
