How was my first fitness breakfast?

The key to a healthy/fit breakfast is simply only eating until your body is satisfied, not until you are full. Eat small meals constantly. I eat something around every 2.5 hours, keeps your metabolism up (boosts it). Egg whites are great, as well as regular oatmeal. Oatmeal is also great for fitness diets as it gives you fiber that you might not get from your other foods, fiber is necessary to keep you from getting stopped up, constipated, or developing hemorrhoids.
