What is the name of the movie where...?

the girl/heroine is escaping the law or something to that effect, and she and the kitchen boy fall in love? It's an animated movie, with an exclamation point at the end of the title, I just can't seem to remember the full title... it was featured on carton network and disney channel a few years back... there are gnomes in it, and it's like the girl's town/village is being attacked by fairytale villains and she is escaping them and she is in love with the kitchen boy at the castle in her town/village... does this ring any bells? Answers really appreciated :)
