Felt like I was going to black out, is something wrong with me?

I was outside gardening and I was taking some flowers from those plastic carton-like things and when I tore a section off, it sliced my thumb. I had dirt all over my hand and I went inside to clean it and when I was about to put my bandaid on and I felt I hadn't been breathing or something. I put the bandaid on and walked out of the bathroom and my vision started to fill with black dots for like 10 seconds and then it went away and my ears felt plugged, like my hearing sounded stuffy. And now I'm fine, but I fell kinda shakey. Could there be something wrong with me? Thanks.
