Physics center of mass problem?

a 100kg man and a 400kg cow are standing on opposite ends of 200 kg concrete slab of length 12m, which in turn is resting on a frozen lake. Assume there is no friction between the slab of ice. if the man walks 5m towards the cow while the cow moves 4m towards man how far does the concrete slab move during this process?
